occupy??? how to use it?

could anyone explained to me what function does this command perform? and how it works?
i don't find something usefull T_T

You can deploy troops in other peoples villages..

So.. someone inactive for example.. next to someone... very far away.. Then we could all place troops at [XX;YY] and together.. on one final blow.. attack.. ! Without they got like 1 day reaction time for our troops to come.

i thought it was supposed to occupy the town, and steal the town resource income to your city, instead of pillage, which steals the stash

Well, actually those are the things you are "supposed" to be able to do, however, since it's not implemented yet, it currently does nothing.

I've ocupied a town , and i think i got some gold from it :-? (after about 3-4 hours ). And i didn't got any resources from that town that i've ocupied . Does anyone kwnos a way to take resources from the town ocupied ?
